Location: Head office Leidschendam
Hours per week: full time

Function description
Working from our head office in Leidschendam you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing proposals for customers
  • Sourcing field technicians worldwide
  • Sourcing, ordering and distribution parts
  • Planning of work (technicians and material)
  • Technical elevator assistance to customers and field service technicians
  • Recording all your work in our ERP system

Function requires

  • You are efficient, precise and have a very strong customer focus; you like to take control of your work and take initiative
  • You're independent, a positive person and have an eagerness for detail.
  • You think in solutions, not in problems.
  • You like to being busy (multiple projects).
  • You have a MBO/HBO technical degree.
  • You have a strong technical elevator background.
  • Speak and write good business English.
  • You enjoy working in a team of enthusiastic and honest colleagues.
- Field Service Technician

As an experienced Field Service Technician you will be responsible for providing prompt technical assistance for all brands of marine elevators, mostly in Rotterdam, Antwerp and Bremen.

Your work consists of:

  • Trouble shooting
  • Maintenance and repairs
  • Installation of new parts
  • Safety checks and inspections
  • Maintenance

You have ample experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. Experience with variable voltage equipment and microprocessor training is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills are required.

You have a national recognised degree in servicing elevators and speak and write business English. You’re independent and have an eagerness for detail. You don’t mind travelling outside the Netherlands (once every two weeks on average).
