Taakomschrijving:

  • Direct contact met klanten
  • Voorbereiden van aanbiedingen en verkopen
  • Organiseren en coördineren van projecten (van groot tot klein)
  • Zoeken, bestellen en distribueren van onderdelen
  • Contact me de verschillende liftfabrieken
  • Inplannen van onze wereldwijd verspreide liftmonteurs
  • Plannen van werkzaamheden (20 jobs tegelijkertijd is niet vreemd)
  • Technische ondersteuning aan liftmonteurs.

Functie eisen

  • Minimum MBO – techniek
  • Bewezen technische ervaring, liefst in liften en/of scheepsvaart
  • Je klanten zitten in alle delen van de wereld, dus goed begrip van Engels is een must!

Het is belangrijk dat je snel leert en denkt en oog hebt voor detail. Verder werk gestructureerd, bent een positief en onafhankelijk persoon en je houd van hoge werkdruk.

- Field Service Technician

As an experienced Field Service Technician you will be responsible for providing prompt technical assistance for all brands of marine elevators, mostly in Rotterdam, Antwerp and Bremen.

Your work consists of:

  • Trouble shooting
  • Maintenance and repairs
  • Installation of new parts
  • Safety checks and inspections
  • Maintenance

You have ample experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. Experience with variable voltage equipment and microprocessor training is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills are required.

You have a national recognised degree in servicing elevators and speak and write business English. You’re independent and have an eagerness for detail. You don’t mind travelling outside the Netherlands (once every two weeks on average).
