organising and coordinating work performed by our field technicians
sourcing, ordering and distributing parts
general administration (invoicing for instance)

You have technical background (preferably in elevators) and speak and write business English. You’re independent and have an eagerness for detail.

- Operations officer / Field technician -

preparing proposals for your customers
organising and coordinating work performed by our field technicians ánd by yourself (it’s a 50/50 job: half office work and half field work)
sourcing, ordering and distributing parts
general administration (invoicing for instance)

You have a national recognised degree in servicing elevators and speak and write business English. You’re independent and have an eagerness for detail. You don’t mind travelling outside the Netherlands (once every two weeks on average).

- Field Service Technician -

We are searching for an experienced Field Service Technician responsible for providing prompt technical assistance for all brands of elevators on board of seagoing vessels in various ports world wide.

Scope of work
Trouble shooting/ repairs on all brands of elevators, safety checks/inspections and maintenance.

Requirements
Requires experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical or electronic equipment. Must be flexible to schedule in the work orders. Experience with variable voltage equipment and microprocessor training is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills are required.
