Service Contracts

Mr-Elevator also offers service contracts. In many cases an ideal solution for fleet owners who want to have complete ease of mind about the well functioning of their elevators.

It can substantially reduce the operational cost of your elevator, increase the uptime and substantially improve the safety level.

Mr-Elevator offers three types of service contracts:

  certification service parts travel
Full service
contract
Semi full service
contracts

Monitoring
contract

Certification: one certification every 12 months, including a load test every fifth year
Service: regular check-up, perform adjustments like landing height, closing of doors, etc.
Parts: all main wear and tear replacement parts (cables, motor, gearbox, etc.)
Travel: travel time to your vessel, excl. overnight accommodation and meals on board (if needed)

At the beginning of each service contract your elevators will undergo a thorough inspection:
  • Check-up of general working order of the elevator
  • Check of all individual parts, well-functioning and wear; an estimation is made of replacement intervals
  • Recording of details like serial numbers and brands
  • Making of copies of service books, manuals and certificates (all for future reference).

All this information is digitised and entered into ServiceLink, the Mr-Elevator web-based service system.

ServiceLink helps us in tracking service intervals, parts replacement and certifications needed. ServiceLink also enables our technicians to consult information on all elevators, at whatever location in the world.
